(A) Smoke under eighteen years old

Punishment: The adolescents should take the smoking cessation program

 

 (B) Provide tobacco to people under eighteen years old.

Punishment: A fine of three to fifteen thousand dollars will be imposed to the provider.

 

 (C) Smoke at the no-smoking areas.

Punishment: A fine of one to three thousand dollars will be imposed to the smokers.

 

 (D) No separated areas for smoking and non-smoking in no-smoking places.

Punishment: A fine of ten to thirty thousand dollars to the industry owner.
