Please be notified that the second formal TOP test of 2008 will be administered on November 1st. The registration period is from Sep. 15th to Oct. 9th. Otherwise, to encourage the learning of Huayu, SC-TOP will award the top 3 test takers at each level a money prize. Welcome the candidates who are non-native speakers of Chinese to take the test.
