--International Student Affairs

Overseas Chinese and Foreign Students Affairs was set up in September, 2006. The purpose of this division is to help international students with pick-up service, staying legally, campus life, insurance and so on. We renamed to International Student Affairs in August of 2010, and hopefully provide thorough
help and service to students.
We arrange new student orientation, welcoming party and festival in order to make student adjust to campus life. Visiting students once
a week, we could understand students more.
Moreover, according to various festivals, all international students could explore Chinese culture and local culture specialities.

本校「僑生及外籍生輔導組」於 2006年9月12日成立，成立目的為協助至本就讀之國際學生。服務項目包括僑外學生到校前的聯絡、接機、報到、居留、出入境、醫療保險、健保等相關事項，其次協助教務處完成外籍生招生簡章與協助辦理招生活動。因應國際化潮流及日益增加之國際學生，自2010年8月起更名為『國際學生事務組』，期盼為國際學生提供更周全之服務.
國際學生到校後，國際學生事務組即辦理始業輔導、迎新、節日等活動，使學生們能儘快適應環境而融入團體中。並於國際學生在校學習期間內，辦理生活輔導和學習輔導。新生入學後即填寫個人基本資料，供校方瞭解其家庭背景、生活環境、經濟狀況等，做為日後輔導之參考。定期到各校區主動關懷學生，了解所有國際學生校園學習情況。每月統一辦理合法居留相關證件，減少學生自行前往處理之不便。
此外，配合節慶辦理文化體驗活動，認識中華文化及台灣地方文化之特色，使國際學生深入中華民族文化精華，同時慰勉思鄉情緒。
