1. Participants: Overseas students from undergraduate or graduate levels; and   international students studying at undergraduate or graduate levels in Taiwan.

2. Volunteer Work: At the heart of this education-related program lies opportunities for involvement in such things as teacher/tutor assistance, helping with student counseling and student affairs, library service, leading student clubs, leading workshops, etc. in secondary schools.
