Dr. Huaiwen Yang launched his journey to Burkina Faso on June 27, 2010 via integrating coordination of Bureau of Employment and Vocational Training, Council of Labor Affairs, Executive Yuan.
Located in the far southwestern corner near desert Sahara of Africa, Burkina Faso is 20,000 kilometers away from Taiwan, and usually, it takes around 30 hours of air traveling to arrive. The geographical area of Brukina is 8 times as big as Taiwan, however, the population of Burkina is one half of that of Taiwan. It possesses plentiful of mineral and agricultural products. None the less, there are only one normal university, one comprehensive university and one polytechnic university, yet it is still short of animal/agricultural related departments and in want of professional personnel and integrated know-how to bloom the animal/agricultural yield. NCYU authority indicated the likeness of helping allied country, instructing beloved friends in Burkina expertise and technical know-how and assisting boosting diplomatic relations with good cheer if opportunity granted.
