Our center has been set up in 2006 after passing an administrative meeting. The objectives and specific goals of the center are as follows:
(1)   We provide counseling, consultation, guidance and counselor courses for the improvement of mental heath and 
       career development of those who live around Yunlin, Chiayi and Tainan districts.
(2)   We provide the opportunity of lifelong learning and professional growth through collaborations with public and private
       organizations around Yunlin, Chiayi, and Tainan districs.
(3)   We assist the public and private organizations around Yunlin, Chiayi, and Tainan districts in developing and
       evaluating the implementation of counselling and consultation so as to improve the service efficiency.
