Upgrade our network switches in Building Applied Physics I

To maintain the quality of network, the department of informaion committee has ordered two new switches to exchange the older type of switches in Department of Electrophysics. The interrupting period is around 8:30-10:00am on Tue. Nov. 10. We want to apologize for the inconvenience at that time!
