1. 電子物理學系於 2014 年 5 月 22 日下午 1:20~3:20 於電物一館中庭及走廊舉辦 103 年度碩士論文壁報競賽，共有碩士班應屆畢業生 17 人參加，由系上老師擔任評審，擇優五位於 2014 年 6 月 5 日以口頭報告進行決賽。

2. 電子物理學系於 2014 年 5 月 5 日假蘭潭校區電物二館 5F 演講廳辦理演講活動，邀請 Juin J. Liou (Universityof Central Florida, Orlando, Florida, USA /Pegasus Distinguished Professor) 主講，主題為 Outlook and Challenges of Electrostatic Discharge(ESD) Protection of Modern and Future Integrated Circuits 。
