International students work permit online system

Work permit will change to apply Online system begin February, 2018 (Academic 106-2). When you apply it on the first time, you need to create an account. It will be convenient. You don't have apply it and get stamp from OIA. You will get it more quickly than past time.

About how to apply it,

How to apply the On-line system, you need to refer the fallowing step:

1. Please enter the website is https://goo.gl/RnrYPU

2. Please read the Website User Manual (foreign Students, Oversea students and ethnic Chinese students).

3. Log in according to the manual , you need to press the [Work permit for foreign students, overseas Students' Application] → Apply for an account

4. 【Apply for an account】, fill in personal information, please check the following items:

(1) Identity: Foreign students -4 years University; Foreign students -Master

(2) other item be sure to fill in.

5. Check your personal information is directly.

6. Be sure to upload required documents. PDF only.

(1) Students ID card (need to get stamp form academic office to identify you already registered.)

(2)Photocopy of passport

(3) Front and back photocopy of the resident certificate

(4)Including school required documents: NCYU International Student Application for Work Permit (https://goo.gl/wRqYck) You need to send the prof of what you choose.
