Mycology

Fungus and yeast vary tremendously, and play both good and bad sides on our life. The course, mycology, is to introduce the morphology, basic structure and physiology of fungus and yeast, as well as the traditional and new applications of fungus and yeast. If you like to taste wine or beer, you cannot miss the chance to know how it made!
