Laboratory of Cell Biology

The exercises are at two levels. Level I exercises present fundamental concepts and utilize minimal techniques required to study cells including the technique of primary culture, subculture, and cell maintain and recovery. These basic techniques provide students a fundamental knowledge for cell culture. Level II presents techniques and procedures which combine more knowledge such as molecular biology and biochemistry. Level two exercises including gene transfer, free radicals detect, genomic DNA isolation etc.
